Is Paeller stock for me?

If you are a catering business, or restaurant that serves paella on a regular basis. You are in the right place!

How do I store it?

Store in a cool, dry place and in an upright posi-tion. Once opened, store in a refrigerator (*5°C) for a máximum of 3 days or in a freezer (-18°F) using a suitable container, 1 month maximum.

How do I get my trial order?

How much water has to be added?

This depends on the rice you are using, size of the pan, and heat source. In general we use a 1:1 (stock to water) ratio with Alberta rice at 100g per cover.

How is it made?

El Paeller (Valencia, Spain) source local fresh ingredients, and make stock with a traditional methode, over wood flame. This is the way Paella was invented and a unique twist.
