Paradigma: Accustomed to heavy Monsastrell, Paradigma is light macerations and light aging in the barrel. Intense red color, aromas of cocoa, toffee and spices. Well polished tannin, pleasant on the palate.
Sueño de Megala: Expressive nose Notes of fresh cherry, berries, and subtle floral aromas. A range of spices. Toasty smoked wood in the background. In the mouth it is concentrated, sweet with well polished tannins. Excellent balance, very long and pleasant aftertaste
Megala: Floral aromas predominate,roses, carnation, aromas of Mediterranean herbs. The oak does not dominate the wine. Great fruitiness. Sweet, fine tannin finish. Toasted wood reminiscent of cocoa & licorice. Well balanced, good acidity.
