Red: Very clean and transparent. Good aromatic intensity, Intense floral aromas and fresh grotto, blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry & spices. Light citrus aromas and subtle vegetal notes that complete the wide variety of aromas. In the mouth it is really pleasant, slightly aggressive tannin, although compensated with a good acidity. Light in the mouth with a short aftertaste.
White: Nice pale yellow colour. Very elegant wine on the nose. Floral aromas, jasmine blossom, almond blossom. It also has evident fruity aromas, aromas of green plum, light notes of lemon. In the mouth it is a wine with a lot of presence. Acidity and volume form a perfect balance. Great volume in the mouth with a fatty sensation typical of the variety and very marked acidity. A very mineral wine with the typical characteristics of the Fontanars dels Alforins grape variety. Pleasant, slightly long aftertaste. It is really a great wine to enjoy.
Rosado: Pale pink colour, shiny and transparent. Very fresh wine on the nose. Floral aromas, peach blossom, strawberry, candy. Very good acidity. In the mouth it is a full wine with good amplitude and elegance. A very pleasant rosé, easy to drink and enjoy. An uncomplicated rosé.

Tempranillo is a well know Spanish grape variety. Commenly associated to Rioja wine region or Ribera del Duero. This young Tempranillo is from a family run, organic vineyard in Valencia, Enguera. A different expression, nice lively fruitiness and spicy notes (cinammon, star anis, black pepper)that go great with paella and tapas, and reminds you of christmas.

Recipes for this product
1 Add the content of the tin to you pan and bring to boil.
2. Add the rice (270g) from the pack, and stir to even out. *Add coloring sachet if you want to have a yellow tone.
3. Bring down the heat to low-Medium (gas mark 3/9)
4. Cook for 16min.
5. 1 min full heat & you are done
