Nice pale yellow colour. Very elegant wine on the nose. Floral aromas, jasmine blossom, almond blossom. It also has evident fruity aromas, aromas of green plum, light notes of lemon. In the mouth it is a wine with a lot of presence. Acidity and volume form a perfect balance. Great volume in the mouth with a fatty sensation typical of the variety and very marked acidity. A very mineral wine with the typical characteristics of the Fontanars dels Alforins grape variety. Pleasant, slightly long aftertaste. It is really a great wine to enjoy.
The evolution in the bottle brings out aromas of honey, toast and butter that are really pleasant and adds a little extra fat that gives the wine a lot of mouthfeel.
