Amber in color with golden flashes and dense and slow tears, with citrus aromas with hints of honey and orange blossom. In the mouth it presents a sweet attack, with persistent fruitiness and notes of orange blossom and orange peel. Semi-sweet wine.
It is recommended to serve very cold, at about 5ºC, to take as an aperitif, accompanying light meals or desserts

Citrus harvesting: It all starts in our orange and clementine groves in Valencia, where we lovingly cultivate our fruit in the warmth of the Mediterranean sun. When they reach the perfect ripeness with the optimum amount and combination of sugars, they are harvested one by one by hand. In this way, we obtain a sweet juice, with low acidity and a large amount of minerals, trace elements and bioflavonoids.
Thanks to a natural fermentation at low temperatures, we preserve the quality and obtain a fresh drink 100% orange or clementine juice. After a couple of months, Tarongino acquires an alcohol content of 7º and an exceptional flavour. In the final phase, we macerate the orange peel for a few days, releasing its essential oils. This will provide us with soft and pleasant citrus aromas on the nose and in the mouth.
We filter the product up to 4 times until we obtain a bright and transparent liquid, a delight for the most demanding palates. Bottling is carried out manually, bottle by bottle. For every 100 kg of oranges, we obtain only 20-25 litres of Tarongino.
